Crap! Were upfront with our Broabdband subcription payment every month. WE haven't failed any bills to be paid. The current bill we have is due by the 19th but WHY ARE WE GETTING ERROR TELLING US THAT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE BILLING!?!~?!?!?!!?!
Tried to dial Customer service number of my BB provider. MY first attempt, i waited for 11 minutes and all i hear are promotions and "All representatives are engaged... blah blah blah.. ". I have been patient still. When it was about 15 minutes, there ya go. I WILL DIAL THE NUMBER AGAIN AND WILL REALLY WANT TO HAVE THIS FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!???????!!!!!!!
Second Attempt.. 2 minutes... 6 minutes.. 7... 10.... another 15 minutes waiting for someone to accommodate my call. My mind was left with thoughts on what to do to someone who will answer my call... SUPERVISOR CALL? MANAGER CALL? Whatever it takes.. I WANT MY INTERNET BACK!!!!
God! it took 3 attempts for me to talk to a live person! (crappy queue) Might have been receiving volume of calls with people compalianing about the same thing as mine.
Rep:"Thank you for calling ... yada yada yada"
Me: YEs, please check our billing and i can confirm as well that there is no problem BUT WHY AM I DISCONNECTED FROM MY INTERNET?
Rep: Apologetic. Explanations.. Check the status..STATUS OKAY!.. check the area! Area Okay.
Me: oh so then what had happened?
Rep: Explained and wow good thing the rep was able to explain everything clearly. Apologize and whoala, my temper ws gone.
I called my colleague and advised to check the connection.. Evrything was fine. ugggghhh...
Good thing we were not able to get in the part wherein i would aks for " Can i speak with your Supervisor?Manager?" coz the rep was good enough to explain everything and admitted it was an error on their end.

BB is running now... when i get home i Have my chance to play my games.
