It has been a month that has past when we took the annua physical exam offered by the company where i work. In this way, we can know what does our body is telling us and I'm glad that i have the results after a month. Well, i already expected the recommendation though.

Well, i guess overall its only weight that has a problem and again and again and again i will be working on it.
You too should always check your health. Its better to know what your body says than to end up regretting.
