A look back on the "Major, Major question" : What can i say...

Its is just a simple question but everybody would crave for a fit answer even those intelligent people all over the world. The questions was "What was the biggest mistake you have made in your life and what did you do to make it right?" (thrown by Judge No. 2 William Baldwin to Miss Philippines Candidate for Mss UNiverse 2010 Miss Venus Raj.

As days have passed, this question has been a phenomenon after MIss Philippines was able to gave a vague answer. Wat would your answer be?

As seen on the news, not just the local news we have but worldwide, some people have made great comments , both postive and negative, on the answer that she throw. Well, i respect her answer as much s i respect how people reacted on it. It is Venus Raj who was asked and she has the right to gave her own idea and whatever that has pushed her to continue with that answer.

Believing in the fact tht everybody commit mistakes, in some point the discriminators may have got a shot why they throw out comments. Nobody's perfect and everyone has their own hidden agenda.

For someone like Miss Raj, it might have been an insult for her answer to be talked about, laughed about and joke around about. Knowing the feeling of being on a live audience with only people who knew clapping for you, she might have been on an adrenaline rush to easily answer the question that way and those words. It was not easy for her to think an -on-the-spot answer for this vague question, so i say.

If i was asked that big question, i would say nothing too. It was a time bounded quick interview thus thinking about your previous mistakes would take about a day to write it down and thinking about the biggest mistake is not easy to be spoken out. Honesty is not the answer for this question and this question does not deserve a very honest answer especially if you are not given an enough time to answer and think about it.

It might have been a failure in one point. A failure because Miss Raj is picturing out herself as a perfect person that has not commit a big mistake. A downfall as to what others would call her hypocrite. That's a fact. But, Miss Raj has just shared her own point of view about the question.

try to put yourself in MIss Raj place. try to answer that question. Do you think you can come up with a good answer? DO you think your brain would surpass Geroge BUsh' or Barack Obama's brains? Do you think you can answer it perfectly without even lying?
Its a disgrace for people who judge some other people on mistakes. In this case, Miss Raj was judge by the way she answered the question not by the way he poised to compete representing the Philippines and end up the 4th runner up.

Some Filipinos were disappointed rather proud of being the fourth of the countries in the universe who have the beauty of a woman.

Pathetic but true.

Miss Raj, our pride is still with you (not counting those who despise you when you throw out an answer as such: "IN your 22 years of existence, you never have committed any major problem because you are confident about your families love and upbringing." It is enough for me to hear that. It is an honest answer.

P.S.
Miss Raj, your fellow Filipino may have think now what was your biggest mistake. Don't be surprise when they are trying to pull you down. Its a fact that every Filipinos are not contented with everything.

@Vitori Vita: absolutely... the 4th runner up spot aint an easy spot to take especially for about 83 candidates playing for it.
